Lemon Salmon in olive oil with Spinach and capsicum Ingredients and Procedures. Appliances used: Stove Ingredients:  Lemon Salmon  Steak Capsicum  Spinach  Salt  Chili Pepper  Garlic  Direction:   1. In a bowl, mix lemon, salt, pepper and chili and Marinate salmon steak for atleast 30mins to 1 hour 2. Warm the cooking pan with olive oil over medium low heat. 3. Place the marinated salmon in the pan. 4. Cook until golden brown on both side, about 4 mins. On each side. 5. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 6. In the same pan, cook the capsicum for 1 min and set aside. 7. In a medium sauce pot over medium heat, add spinach leaves and cook just until wilted. 8. In a pan used in cooking salmon, add olive oil then mined garlic and sauté for 30secounds. 9. Immediately pull spinach from pot and add it in the sauté pan with garlic for 1 minutes. 10. Put it in the same plate, garnish and serve.

Amazing Cooking Kids Recipes: Ronin's Tilapia with Lime Butter For lime butter - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion - 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime zest - 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon salt For fish - 3 pieces tilapia fillet, skin on - salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil To make chili lime butter: 1. Mix together butter, shallot, zest, lime juice, chili, and salt in a bowl. 2. Form into a roll and chill. To prepare fish: 1. Score tilapia skin at 3 or 4 places with a thin sharp knife to prevent fish from curling (do not cut through flesh).  2. Pat fish dry and sprinkle with salt. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over moderately high heat until just smoking, then sauté 3 pieces of fish, turning over once, until golden and just cooked through, and transfer to a plate.  3.
