Junior Masterchef Australia Season 2 Top 20 Finalists

The second series of Junior MasterChef Australia premiered on Sunday, 25 September 2011. Auditions closed on May 6, 2011; children who will be aged between eight and twelve years old during the period from 13 June to 28 October 2011 were eligible. The judging panel consists of Gary Mehigan, Matt Moran and Anna Gare. Matt Preston, who has been involved in every incarnation of the MasterChef Australiaseries up to this point, will be taking a step back from the series (also declining a spot as a guest judge on the U.S. version of MasterChef), stating he wants to concentrate on his duties as a food critic. He will be replaced by Matt Moran. Some parents of prospective participants have been critical of the far-reaching contract required by the program's production company Prime Minister Julia Gillard has filmed a guest appearance. Idol sa Kusina Recipe- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
