Chicken can be considered one of the staple food in Filipino households thus different and organic chicken cuisines invented in various provinces across the country. Fried Chicken is an all-occasions dish from Birthday Parties to Christmas, Fiesta, Weddings, Anniversaries and all other special occasions. It can be served plain or with chili for those who want it spicy. In our home, we usually marinate the chicken with salt (patis) and pepper and calamansi juice extracted from fresh fruits and we kept it in the fridge overnight to let the flavor settle on the chicken meat. KFC, Chowking and Mcdonald's I believe serve spicy fried chicken while I think Jollibee kept their only original flavored fried chicken. Appliances used: Blender, oven and stove top Ingredients:  2 small chicken breasts  2 tablespoons of coconut flour   2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut  2 tablespoons of almond flour  2 tablespoons of sesame seeds  Salt and pepper  Tomato Sauce  Ingredients:  5 medium tomatoes  1 small onion  2 garlic cloves  1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs  ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika  2 dates  2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar  1 tablespoon of tomato paste  Salt and pepper  Instructions: 1. Chicken Liver Moulds with Lobster Sauce Ingredients and Procedure. Ingredients 250g chicken livers 100 ml milk 3 eggs 50 ml (3 tblsp) Port wine Salt Pepper 4 tblsp bisque of lobster (canned) 4 tblsp double cream. Preparation Cut the chicken liver into cubes.
