Idol sa Kusina Recipe Fried Lumpiang Ubod and Veggie Ukoy

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe Fried Lumpiang Ubod and Veggie Ukoy with Vinegar Dip.  Ingredients for the Fried Lumpiang Ubod: 500g ubod (palm heart), cut into thin strips 1 chicken breast, boiled and flaked 1 head garlic, chopped  1 small red onion, chopped 1 small white onion, chopped 2 tbsps fish sauce Salt and pepper to taste Lumpia (spring roll) wrappers Cooking oil for stir frying Cooking oil for deep frying cornstarch diluted in water Ingredients for the Veggie Ukoy: 500g squash, julienned or grated 150g carrots, grated or thinly sliced 2 tbspsgreen onions, thinly sliced 150 grams cabbage, thinly sliced 125g flour 60g cornstarch 1 egg, beaten 80ml water 1 tbsp. fish sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced Cooking oil for frying Ingredients for the Vinegar Dip: 60 ml white vinegar 3 cloves garlic, crushed Soy sauce Red onions Brown sugar  Siling labuyo Procedure: http://goo.gl/47y64u
