How to Make Special Fried Pork Chops

Prepare for speedy eating – these pork chops flavored with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise are so tasty, we promise they’ll go fast! Ingredients ½ kilo pork chops  1 ¾ tsp salt 1 cup Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise juice of 1 calamansi ¾ tsp ground pepper 2 cups flour oil for deep frying Procedure Rub pork chops with 1 tsp salt. Set aside. Mix 1 cup of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with juice of 1 calamansi and add ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground pepper to taste. In another dish, mix 2 cups of flour with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp ground pepper. Dip pork chops in seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in seasoned flour. Deep fry until golden brown. TIP: Best served with Mayo Garlic Dip!

Combine barbecue sauce, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, calamansi juice, oil, and pepper in a bowl. 2. Marinate pork in the barbecue mixture overnight. 3. Grill over hot coals until cooked. Serve with homemade Ranch Dressing. For the Homemade Ranch Dressing: 1. Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, fresh herbs, garlic, and shallots in a bowl. Serve chilled.
