How to Make German Potato Salad

One of the most versatile of ingredients is potato. Potatoes can be turned into countless different dishes and oftentimes snacks for kids. Try preparing your potatos differently it by chopping them into bite-size pieces and turn them into a Potato Salad. Make it more creamy and flavorful with mayonnaise! Serves 2 to 3 Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Ingredients: ½ kg. potatoes, peeled 2 cups Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard 2 tsp fresh dill (optional) 1 tsp honey ¼ tsp paprika 2 pcs. ham, chopped Procedure: 1. Boil potatoes in salted water then simmer until tender. Drain and cut into 1 to 1 1/2 –inch cubes. 2. In a bowl, mix together Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, mustard, dill, honey, paprika, and ham. Season to taste. 3. Add prepared dressing to the cooked potatoes just enough to coat. Serve chilled.
