Kusina Master Recipe- CRISPY DINUGUAN

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- CRISPY DINUGUAN. INGREDIENTS: 500g. Crispy Pork Belly  1kilo Pork Blood 300g. Cleaned Pork Intestine  300g. Crispy Pork Ears  4pcs. Siling Haba (Chopped)  1cup Chopped Red Onion  50g. Chopped Garlic  50g. Chopped Ginger 1/4 cup Cooking Oil  2 cups Vinegar  5 stalk of Lemon Grass (Tanglad) 30g. Local Oregano  30g. Fresh Basil  Photo and recipe credit: Kusina Master COOKING PROCEDURE: * Sauté the garlic and onion in a cooking pot. * Add the pork intestine, pork ears, salt, ginger, oregano and stir fry for about 10 minutes under medium heat then add lemon grass. * Followed by a cup of water. * Simmer for 10 minutes or until the water is almost gone to tenderize the meat. * Add the pork blood, vinegar, chili and mix well. Let this simmer for 10-15 minutes or until sauce is dry. * Prepare your pan for deep frying. Heat the oil until just before it starts to smoke. * fry pork belly until golden brown

Here's Kusina Master Recipe on October 15-PERFECT YANG CHOW. INGREDIENTS: 5 cups cooked rice 50 g. cooked ham  50 g. peeled shrimps  100 g. sweet peas  50 g. crab meat/sticks  5 clove garlic minced  1 onion chopped  2 eggs soy sauce  salt  oil  spring onions Photo and recipe credit: Kusina Master DIRECTIONS:  * In the pan, pour oil * Saute garlic, onion * Add ham, shrimps and sweet peas then stir cook for another minute. * Add cooked rice, soy sauce then mix until rice is well coated. * Pour eggs then continue stirring until the egg is cooked. * Season with salt and pepper according to taste. * Transfer to serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onions.

Catch "Kusina Master" Six Wheeler Mobile Kusina!  The lovable “master” Chef Boy Logro is literally taking his cooking show "Kusina Master" out for a ride via his six-wheeler mobile kitchen-studio, which is robotically programed to self-assemble and disassemble with the press of a button. Through his mobile studio, Chef Boy wishes to bring the show closer to his audience by giving them a chance to witness his actual cooking and taping sessions plus treating them to a free taste of every dish that he concocts in the show. The segment, called "Turo Tours," now opens every episode of "Kusina Master.” Apart from "Turo Tours," several other segments will be introduced into "KusinaMaster" in the coming weeks to keep the show fresh to the ever-changing palate of the viewers. Kusina Master Recipe- Red Chicken Salad

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Red Chicken Salad. Procedure: 1. Slash the flesh of the chicken several times and rub the curry paste into each cut. Cover and chill overnight. 2. Cook in a wok over medium heat for 5-6 minutes,  turning once or twice, until cooked through. Keep warm. 3. Heat one tablespoon of the oil in a wok and stir- Fry the pak choi and cabbage until just wilted. Add the remaining oil, shallots and garlic and stir- fry until just tender but not browned. Add the vinegar, chili sauce and soy. Remove from the heat. 4. Arrange the leaves on 4 serving plates. slice the chicken, arrange on the salad leaves and drizzle the hot dressing over. Serve immediately. Kusina Master Recipe- Salted Fish and Pineapple Curry

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Salted Fish and Pineapple Curry. Procedure: 1. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry ginger, shallouts, curry leaves and halba campur until shallots are brown. 2. Add curry paste and continue to fry until oil separates to form a layer on top, then mix in salted fish and add coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add pineapple and dried sour fruit. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then add salt to taste. 4. Serve hot with plain steamed rice. Kusina Master Recipe- Thai Fried Prawns with Garlic

Kusina Master Recipe- Thai Fried Prawns with Garlic. Procedure: 1. With each prawn trim off feelers and legs, then devein by making a slit from head to tail. Rinse clean and set aside until neede. 2. Prepare marinade. Pound garlic, coriander roots and peppercorns together using a mortar and pestle until well-blended. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl and add soy and fish sauces and sugar, if using. Mix prawns and leave to marinate for 3 minutes. 3. Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat. Stir fry prawns briskly until they turn red, then dish out. Garnish as desired with crisp-fried garlic and coriander leaves. Serve immediately. Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Thick Spicy Beef Stew. Procedure: 1. Combine all spice paste ingredients in a blender (processor) until smooth. 2. Heat oil in a wok or a large pan. Fry onions and spice paste over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Add Beef, Tamarind Juice, sugar and salt to taste, then add turmeric leaves. Continue to stir constantly until is cooked and gravy is thickened. 4. Remove from heat, dish out and serve with rice.
