Taste Buddies Recipe- Mango Trifle

Here's Taste Buddies Recipe- Mango Trifle .  Mango Trifle Ingredients: 10-12 pcs ladyfingers or broas 3 pcs ripe mango 2 cups whipping cream 1 cup mango sauce orjam optional: pastry cream Procedure: 1. using a melon baller, prepare mango balls 2. if using pastry cream, lighten it by mincing together half of with with half of the whipping cream 3. to assemble, place a layer of broas at the bottom of a glass, followed by the pastry cream, mango balls, repeat the process. 4. finish with whipped cream and mango sauce or jam. chill before serving.

Here's Taste Buddies Recipe- Nang Humiga ang Hipon sa Tinapay...Gamberetti Bruschetta.  Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, halved 1 pc Baguette, 1/2" thick slice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 pc onion, minced 125grams shrimp, chopped 2 tsp, lemon juice 1 tsp parsley, chopped 2 tsp basil leaves, copped 1 1/2 tbsp cream 2 tsp butter 4 pcs sundried tomatoes, sliced salt to taste white pepper to taste Prodecure 1. drizzle the bread sliced with olive oil and grill or heat in a pan 2. saute onion, garlic, and shrimp in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper 3. add lemon juice, parsley, basil, cream and butter 4. spread 1-2 teaspoons of the cream shrimp on the baguette slice and top with sundried tomatoes

Here's Taste Buddies Recipe- Beef Tenderloin with Hollandaise Sauce and Cauliflower Puree. Ingredients: 250 grams, Beef tenderloin 1/2 cup butter, clarified 1pc egg yolk 1.2 pc lemon, juiced hot sauce to taste worcestershire sauce to taste Procedure: 1. season beef with salt and pepper 2. heat olive oil in a pan. add the beef and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. For the Hollandaise Sauce: 1. whisk egg yolk with 1 tbsp hot water until pale and double in volume 2. in a double boiler, place the bowl of egg yolk on top and add in some lemon juice 3. slowlly stream in the butter. thin out with lemon juice if too thick 4. add worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. season with salt and pepper. 5. serve with cauliflower puree and asparagus.

Here's Taste Buddies Recipe- LASAGNA WITH SPICY WALNUT SPINACH PESTO AND PUMPKIN PUREE. Ingredients: 6-8 sheets organic lasagna 1 cup olive oil 2 cups spinach leaves 1 cup basil leaves 1/2 cup walnuts, roasted 2 cups pumpkin or kalabasa, pureed 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup mozarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, as desired pinch of cayenne pepper Procedure: 1. pre-heat oven at 350F 2. For the pesto sauce, place spinach, basil, walnuts and cayenne pepper in a food processor or blender. Slowly add olive oil and mix until well blended. Set aside. 3. Spread 1/2 cup pumpkin puree in a baking dish and top with a layer of lasagna sheets, followed by a layer of pesto. 4. Repeat the process, ending with the pumpkin puree. Sprinkle with grated mozarella cheese, parmesan, and cottage cheese. 5. Bake in pre-heated over for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Here's Taste Buddies Recipe- Roasted Pork with Mango Salsa.  Ingredients: 4 pcs pork chops (boneless) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp coriander (ground) cayenne (pinch) 1 pc mango (diced) 1 pc tomato (diced) 1/2 pc green bell pepper (diced) 1/2 pc red onion (diced) 2 tbsp spring onion lime (as needed) salt and pepper (to taste) oil image and recipe credit: taste buddies Procedure: Preheat oven at 400 F. Combine garlic powder,cumin,cayenne and coriander. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the spice over the pork. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Sear both sides of the pork, about a minute each side. Finish cooking the pork in the oven until internal temperature reaches 63 C or 145 F. For the salsa, combine the mango,tomato,bell pepper,onion,spring onion,salt,pepper and lime juice. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.

Place a layer of crackers, then add a layer of the buttercream mixture. Top with some cashew nuts Repeat the layering twice. Chill the mixture for 2 hours and serve.
