STEWED MEATBALLS WITH ORSO PASTA INGREDIENTS AND PROCEDURES. Tomato sauce Ingredients: 1.5 Kg Tomato 1 Pc Carrots (Peeled & Diced) 2 Pcs White Onion (Diced) 2 Stalks Celery (Diced) 3 Cloves Garlic (Chopped) 1 Liter Beef/Chicken Stock Salt Pepper Sugar to taste Procedure: 1. Boil water then scour bottom of tomatoes. Drop on boiling water to loosen skin then drop on ice water. Peel. Slice tomato in half to remove seeds then strain seeds for juice. Save. 2. Saute onion, carrots, celery and garlic until caramelized then add in peeled tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes has softened then add in Stock 3. Simmer until tomato sauce has reduced. Meatballs 1 kg ground beef ½ cup bread crumbs 2 pc. eggs ½ cup milk 1 pc large onion (chopped) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tbsp parsley chopped Salt Pepper Procedure: 1. HOW TO MAKE SWEET SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS

SWEET SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS. Ingredients: 500 g Ground Beef 200 g Cheese 200 g Bread Crumbs 50 g Flour 1 pc Egg Salt Pepper 1 kg UFC Spaghetti Sauce 1 pc White Onion (Minced) 4 Cloves Garlic (Minced) 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (Optional) Salt Pepper 1 Pack Spaghetti (Cooked) Parsley  Parmesan Cheese Garlic Bread Procedure: 1. On a separate bowl combine flour, egg, breadcrumbs and ground beef. Roll into golf size balls then stuff with Cheese. Pan fry until golden brown. Set aside. 2. To make sauce, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant then add in UFC Spaghetti Sauce then bring to a simmer. Add in italian seasoning and meatballs then simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Plate spaghetti then top sauce and meatballs then garnish with parsley, parmesan shavings and serve with garlic bread.
