Appliances used: Blender, oven and stove top Ingredients:  2 small chicken breasts  2 tablespoons of coconut flour   2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut  2 tablespoons of almond flour  2 tablespoons of sesame seeds  Salt and pepper  Tomato Sauce  Ingredients:  5 medium tomatoes  1 small onion  2 garlic cloves  1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs  ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika  2 dates  2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar  1 tablespoon of tomato paste  Salt and pepper  Instructions: 1.
