How Much is Maya Cash In Convenience Fee

The convenience fee is always 2% of the total amount you cashed in. Maya is charging less than GCash Cash In? When I send money to a Gcash recipient via Seven Eleven, the amount I sent was 2500 and the convenience fee is around P50 or more.  But if the total amount you cashed in for the month does not exceed the ₱8,000 monthly threshold, you’ll get the 2% convenience fee you paid credited back to your Maya account as rebate. For example, if your total cash in amount for the month reaches ₱9,000, you’ll receive a rebate for the first ₱8,000. This means you’ll receive a total rebate worth ₱160—which is 2% of ₱8,000. To check if you were charged the correct amount, just follow these simple steps: Wait for the total cash in amount to be credited to your Maya account Check your in-app Transactions list Look for your latest cash in transaction You’ll find the convenience fee you were charged listed along with the amount you cashed in. Please take note that the convenience fee is always 2...

Sent Money with other bank via Maya but not Credited

What if you sent money to another bank via InstaPay with Maya but not Credited, what to do? When it happens usually we used to panic since the amount was already deducted from our account. Here are the troubleshooting steps you can follow: Ask the recipient to check their overall balance and offline transaction history*. The amount may have already been credited even if the transaction did not show up in their banking app’s transaction history. If the amount is not reflected in the recipient’s overall balance and offline transaction history, please wait 3 banking days for manual reconciliation. During this period, monitor both the source and target accounts for crediting of the amount. If the amount still hasn’t been credited after 3 banking days, please prepare the following and contact the receiving bank/e-wallet directly for assistance: The amount of the transaction The date and time of the transaction The InstaPay reference number of the transaction *To do this: Check if the 6-digi...
