Kusina Master Recipe- KABUTE with BANGUS BELLY (PINAIS NA MAY ISDA)

Here's Kusina Master Recipe on October 25-FRIDAY Recipe: KABUTE with BANGUS BELLY (PINAIS NA MAY ISDA). INGREDIENTS: 500 grams Kabute Mushroom 500 grams Bangus Belly  1 kilo Banana Leaves 4 pieces Fresh Tomato Slices 2 pieces Red Onion cut into round slices 1/2 cup Calamansi Juice 1 tsp Rock Salt  1/2 tsp Crushed Peppercorn  2 tbsp Olive Oil Photo and recipe credit: Kusina Master DIRECTIONS: * Marinate bangus belly in calamansi juice for 30 minutes * Blanch banana leaves then place kabuti on top of all the vegetables * Lay the bangus belly in the middle of the banana leaves putting some of the vegetables, spice mixture under the fish and on top of the fish. * Wrap the fish sealing ends w/ toothpick. * Grill until banana leaves are charred approximately about 30 minutes.

Here's Kusina Master Recipe on October 15-PERFECT YANG CHOW. INGREDIENTS: 5 cups cooked rice 50 g. cooked ham  50 g. peeled shrimps  100 g. sweet peas  50 g. crab meat/sticks  5 clove garlic minced  1 onion chopped  2 eggs soy sauce  salt  oil  spring onions Photo and recipe credit: Kusina Master DIRECTIONS:  * In the pan, pour oil * Saute garlic, onion * Add ham, shrimps and sweet peas then stir cook for another minute. * Add cooked rice, soy sauce then mix until rice is well coated. * Pour eggs then continue stirring until the egg is cooked. * Season with salt and pepper according to taste. * Transfer to serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onions.

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Red Chicken Salad. Procedure: 1. Slash the flesh of the chicken several times and rub the curry paste into each cut. Cover and chill overnight. 2. Cook in a wok over medium heat for 5-6 minutes,  turning once or twice, until cooked through. Keep warm. 3. Heat one tablespoon of the oil in a wok and stir- Fry the pak choi and cabbage until just wilted. Add the remaining oil, shallots and garlic and stir- fry until just tender but not browned. Add the vinegar, chili sauce and soy. Remove from the heat. 4. Arrange the leaves on 4 serving plates. slice the chicken, arrange on the salad leaves and drizzle the hot dressing over. Serve immediately. Kusina Master Recipe- Salted Fish and Pineapple Curry

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Salted Fish and Pineapple Curry. Procedure: 1. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry ginger, shallouts, curry leaves and halba campur until shallots are brown. 2. Add curry paste and continue to fry until oil separates to form a layer on top, then mix in salted fish and add coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add pineapple and dried sour fruit. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then add salt to taste. 4. Serve hot with plain steamed rice. Kusina Master Recipe- Thai Fried Prawns with Garlic. Procedure: 1. With each prawn trim off feelers and legs, then devein by making a slit from head to tail. Rinse clean and set aside until neede. 2. Prepare marinade. Pound garlic, coriander roots and peppercorns together using a mortar and pestle until well-blended. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl and add soy and fish sauces and sugar, if using. Mix prawns and leave to marinate for 3 minutes. 3. Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat. Stir fry prawns briskly until they turn red, then dish out. Garnish as desired with crisp-fried garlic and coriander leaves. Serve immediately. Kusina Master Recipe- Thick Spicy Beef Stew

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Thick Spicy Beef Stew. Procedure: 1. Combine all spice paste ingredients in a blender (processor) until smooth. 2. Heat oil in a wok or a large pan. Fry onions and spice paste over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Add Beef, Tamarind Juice, sugar and salt to taste, then add turmeric leaves. Continue to stir constantly until is cooked and gravy is thickened. 4. Remove from heat, dish out and serve with rice. Kusina Master Recipe- Braised Meatballs with Chinese Cabbage

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Braised Meatballs with Chienes Cabbage. Ingredients: 500g - Mince Pork 200g- Chinese cabbage, cut into thick strips. Seasoning A: 1 tbsp- oyster sauce 1 tbsp- corn flour 1/4 tsp- salt Dash of Pepper and Sesame oil Seasoning B: 500ml- water 1 tbsp- oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp- light soya sauce 1 tsp- dark soya sauce 1 tsp- sesame oil 1tbsp- corn flour water for thickening Procedure: 1. Mix minced pork with Seasoning A. Divide into 4 portions and shape into balls. Deep-fry into hot oil until golden brown. Dish and Drain. 2. Bring Seasoning B to boil, put in meatballs, Chinese cabbage and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the meatballs and place onto a serving plate. 3. Thickening gravy with corn flour water and pour over meatballs. Serve hot.

Kusina Master Recipe- Pineapple Spare Ribs

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Pineapple Spare Ribs. Ingredients: 600g- Spare ribs cut into pieces 300g- Pineapple cut into pieces Marinade: 1/2 tbsp- Light soya sauce 1/2 tsp- salt 1 pc- egg 1 tsp- bicarbonate of soda 2 tbsp- shaoxing wine 2 tbsp- water 2 tbsp- corn flour Sauce: 2 tbsp- sugar 3 tbsp- tomato sauce 2 tbsp- plum sauce 1 tbsp- worcestershire suace 1 tbsp- white rice vinegar 150 ml water recipe and image credit: kusina master Procedure: 1. Mix spare ribs with marinade and marinate for one hour. 2. Deep fry spare ribs in hot oil until golden brown and cooked. Dish and Drain. 3. Cook sauce ingredients until thick. Add in pineapple fried spare ribs and stir-fry until well mixed. 4. Dish up and sauce.
