Congratulations to Angela Rosales for being the Grand Winner of the very first 'Amazing Cooking Kids'. She bested Ronin Leviste and Duday Reyes which are both equally good for the title. Angela say thanks to all her supporters: Thank you po sa lahat ng sumuporta. I thank God for this wonderful blessing. To my parents & relatives for their love and prayers. Ronin's Tilapia with Lime Butter- Amazing Cooking Kids

Amazing Cooking Kids Recipes: Ronin's Tilapia with Lime Butter For lime butter - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion - 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime zest - 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon salt For fish - 3 pieces tilapia fillet, skin on - salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil To make chili lime butter: 1. Mix together butter, shallot, zest, lime juice, chili, and salt in a bowl. 2. Form into a roll and chill. To prepare fish: 1. Score tilapia skin at 3 or 4 places with a thin sharp knife to prevent fish from curling (do not cut through flesh).  2. Pat fish dry and sprinkle with salt. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over moderately high heat until just smoking, then sauté 3 pieces of fish, turning over once, until golden and just cooked through, and transfer to a plate.  3. The launch of Kitchen Superstar has been very much anticipated by Pinoy kusinero't kusinera and yet another cooking reality show is about to begin this coming Saturday, April 16, 2011- ' Amazing Cooking Kids' to be hosted by Mrs. Carmina Villaroel Legazpi. The tweleve kids who passed the auditon and will compete for the title of 'Amazing Cooking Kids' are: 1. Angel 2. Budik 3. Dingdong 4. Duday 5. Ice 6. Nica 7. Pat 8. Pau 9. Ronin  10. Tarah 11.
