Why are All OWWA Hotline Numbers incorrect?

How can I contact OWWA Region 3 and OWWA NCR in Pasay City. I tried to dial all numbers provided on their flyers but with no success. It keeps on telling me that the number I have dialed is incorrect. I have been trying to call them since I want not able to register with Humanitarian Assistance for Saudi Claims Program.  Some of my colleagues who are based in the National Capital Region were able to register successfully but we, who are in OWWA Regional are having some trouble registering with the system. We are a group of ex-OFWs who were repatriated from Saudi Arabia in 2019 since our company went under liquidation. We are happy that the Department of Migrant Workers and DSWD works hand in hand to give the Saudi Claimants a Php 10,000 cash aid. However, the OWWA record on the system, hasc.owwa.gov.ph is not accurate as our names cannot be found by the system. Hopefully, OWWA and DMW would provide a valid contact number and a reliable contact person who will attend to our inquirie...

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
