CHRISTINE HA is the Grand Winner of  Masterchef Season 3! Christine Ha, the modest Vietnamese-American cook who’s been turning out stunning dishes despite being legally blind won the Season 3 of Masterchef  USA. In an interview with HA,  “Winning MASTERCHEF is the biggest accomplishment of my life,” said Christine Ha. “It has taught me to believe in myself and trust my intuition. Cooking oil 5 pcs. shallots, peeled and sliced 4 cloves garlic, crushed 5 pcs. dried mushrooms soaked in hot water, sliced into strips ½ cup hibi or dried shrimp, soaked in hot water 1 kilo rice ½ kilo malagkit rice ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tsp. white sugar ½ tsp. black pepper 4 tsp.
