Creamy chicken tortellini soup Ingredients and Procedures. Ingredients: 4 Pcs Chicken Breast Fillet (Cubed) 1 Pc White Onion (Diced) 1 Pc Carrots (Peeled & Diced) 2 Clove Garlic (Minced) 2 Tbsp Flour 1 Tbsp Butter 500 ml Chicken Stock 500 ml Milk ½ Tsp Dried Basil ½ Tsp Dried Oregano 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Grated Parmesan Cheese Salt Pepper Parsley Procedure: - Saute onions and carrots then add in chicken breast fillet. Cook for 3 minutes then add in butter and flour, continue to cook for 2 minutes then add basil and oregano. - Add in chicken stock and milk then simmer until creamy then add in tortellini. Cook for another 3 minutes then add in grated Parmesan cheese.
