Sarah Geronimo now wanted to try to become a good chef by enrolling in a cooking class. An excerpt from Sarah's Website post: This time, Sarah aspires to cook her very own dishes and recipes! “Gusto ko pong mag-cooking lessons,” exclaimed Sarah. If given some break from work, the Popstar Princess would really want to enroll in cooking classes or culinary arts.  First on her to-do list is how to sauté or fry. “Yan po ang unang aaralin ko, mga ginisa.” Who knows, Sarah’s dishes could also be recognized worldwide just like her powerful voice. Well, we can’t wait to taste your gourmet, Sarah! We’re sure it would be as delicious and sweet as your voice.

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
