What if you sent money to another bank via InstaPay with Maya but not Credited, what to do? When it happens usually we used to panic since the amount was already deducted from our account. Here are the troubleshooting steps you can follow: Ask the recipient to check their overall balance and offline transaction history*. The amount may have already been credited even if the transaction did not show up in their banking app’s transaction history. If the amount is not reflected in the recipient’s overall balance and offline transaction history, please wait 3 banking days for manual reconciliation. During this period, monitor both the source and target accounts for crediting of the amount.
