Jollibee Group Foundation, Inc. is now the Official Name of Jollibee Foundation!  "Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) announces the renaming of its corporate foundation beginning 2013.  Making itself more representative of the various business units of JFC, which includes Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal and Burger King in the Philippines, Jollibee Foundation has formally changed its name to Jollibee Group Foundation, Inc. or JGF.  The tweaking of Foundation name also seeks to serve more communities through its development programs. “The Board of Trustees of the Foundation adopted the new name to fully represent the Foundation’s greater commitment to provide more impactful service to the communities it works with. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
