Here are the troubleshooting steps you can follow: Ask the recipient to check their overall balance and offline transaction history*. The amount may have already been credited even if the transaction did not show up in their banking app’s transaction history. If the amount is not reflected in the recipient’s overall balance and offline transaction history, please wait 3 banking days for manual reconciliation.
