Unang Hirit Recipe- Kalderetang Pusit

Here's  Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- February 17, 2014: Kalderetang Pusit with Chef Liah De Castro. Ingredients: pusit bisaya mantika bawang luya tomato paste liver spread chicken stock asin paminta frozen peas red bell pepper green bell pepper patatas Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Ihalo ang ginisang luya at bawang sa mga pusit. 2. Bahagyang lutuin ang mga pusit sa loob ng isang minuto. Itabi muna sa plato. 3. sa parehong kawali, paghaluin ang tomato paste, liver spread at chicken stock. Timplahan ng asin at paminta. Pakuluin ng isang minuto. 4. Ibalik sa kawali ang mga pusit at isama ang peas, bell peppers at pritong patatas. Lutuin ng isa pang minuto. 5. Pwede rin lagyan ng siling labuyo pampaanghang.

Here's  Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- February 14, 2014: Pork and Shrimp Duet with Chef Boy Logro. Ingredients: 1 kilo lomo ng pork 12 pcs. Tiger prawns o sugpo 300 grams fresh strawberry 1 small bottle strawberry jam 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup calamansi juice 1/2 cup oil 1 bar butter 1 cup milk Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Hiwain ang lomo ng 100grams ang isa. Lagyan ito ng salt at pepper. I-set aside. 2. Lagyan ng salt at pepper ang mga sugpo.  3. I-prito ang lomo at ang mga sugpo hanggang maluto. Ilagay sa isang plato. Lagyan ng mga strawberry at honey sa itaas.

Idagdag ang misua at muling pakuluin ng dalawang minuto. 5. Lagyan ito ng onion leeks bago hanguin.
