Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa atsuete oil. 2. Ihalo ang peanut butter at tubig/chicken stock. 3. Pakuluin at palaputin ito gamit ang cornstarch. 4. Here's Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- March 28, 2014: Tilapia Bistek con Singkamas with Chef Michelle Adrillana Ingredients: tilapia singkamas calamansi sibuyas bawang toyo asin pamintang buo mantika asukal sibuyas na mura  Photo and recipe credit Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Timplahan ang tilapia gamit ang asin, paminta at kaunting asukal. 2. Iprito ang tilapia hanggang sa maging golden brown. 3. Sa hiwalay na kawali, igisa ang sibuyas, singkamas at bawang sa loob ng dalawang minuto o hanggang sa lumambot ang sibuyas. Itabi. 4. Sa isang kawali, pagsamahin ang asukal, pamintang buo, toyo at tubig. Pakuluin ito sa loob ng isang minuto.  5. Idagdag ang calamansi juice at muling pakuluin ng tatlong minuto. Timplahan ito ng asin at paminta ayon sa panlasa. Hanguin.  6. Ayusin ang pritong tilapia sa serving plate at ibuhos ang toyomansi sauce at ipatong ang ginisang sibuyas at singkamas.
