Healthy Chicken Nuggets with Homemade Tomato Sauce Chicken. Appliances used: Blender, oven and stove top Ingredients:  2 small chicken breasts  2 tablespoons of coconut flour   2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut  2 tablespoons of almond flour  2 tablespoons of sesame seeds  Salt and pepper  Tomato Sauce  Ingredients:  5 medium tomatoes  1 small onion  2 garlic cloves  1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs  ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika  2 dates  2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar  1 tablespoon of tomato paste  Salt and pepper  Instructions: 1. Place tomatoes, onion and garlic in a pan. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until everything is soft. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook on low heat for 3-5 more minutes. Taste and season. 3. Blend the tomato sauce in a high speed blender until smooth, alternatively you can miss this step and have is chunky. 4. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees. 5. Slice the chicken into 1cm thick pieces
