Ingredients:

150 ml. syrup from the canned lychee
50 ml. ice cold water
1 Lime juice
6 lychees
mint leaves for garnish
Lemongrass as toothpick for lychees

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
2. Skewer lychee with lemongrass and serve
