Timplahan ang tilapia ng asin at paminta; pagulungin sa corn starch. 2. Prituhin ang tilapia at itabi. 3. Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, bell pepper at carrots; lagyan ng pineapple juice at pakuluin 4. Kapag kumulo na, idagdag ang c.atsup, asukal at suka. 5. Idagdag ang slurry o cornstarch na tinunaw sa tubig. 6. Ilagay ang tilapia sa plato; idagdag ang sauce at sibuyas na mura.
