Igisa ang sibuyas, bawang, luya at kamatis 2. Lagyan ng miso at tubig; pakuluin 3. Idagdag ang talong, sitaw, labanos at kamias. 4. Ingredients: tilapia ketchup pineapple juice suka brown sugar bawang sibuyas green & red bell pepper carrot sibuyas na  mura corn starch mantika asin paminta Photo and Recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Timplahan ang tilapia ng asin at paminta; pagulungin sa corn starch. 2. Prituhin ang tilapia at itabi. 3. Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, bell pepper at carrots; lagyan ng pineapple juice at pakuluin 4. Kapag kumulo na, idagdag ang c.atsup, asukal at suka. 5. Idagdag ang slurry o cornstarch na tinunaw sa tubig. 6. Ilagay ang tilapia sa plato; idagdag ang sauce at sibuyas na mura.
