Here's How to make a Chicken Curry with Ripe Langka.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken thigh
- 200 g ripe langka, drained, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 head garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pcs red onion, quartered
- 1 pc green bell pepper, cut into square
- 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into square
- 1 pc potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tbsp basil leaves, finely chopped
- Cooking oil for frying
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 2 tbsps cooking wine
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
