Ingredients:
  • 6 tbsps ube jam
  • 6 tsp macapuno, drained
  • 6 tsp red beans, drained
  • 6 chunks langka / jackfruit, sliced thinly
  • 3 pcs saging saba, ripe, cut into half-lengthwise
  • 12 pcs lumpia wrapper
  • 6 tbsps brown sugar
  • Cooking oil for deep-frying
  • 6 scoops ube ice cream
