How to make Creamy Pinakbet with Bagnet
Ingredients for Bagnet:
½ kilo pork liempo
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc red onion, chopped
2 tbsps salt
Black pepper as needed
Water

¼ kilo okra, sliced into 1-inch pieces
2 pcs eggplant, sliced diagonally
1 pc. medium sized ampalaya cut into 1 – inch size diagonally
1 bunch string beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ piece squash, peeled and cut into 1x inch cubes
1 bunch sigarilyas, cut into 1 inch per piece
2 tbsps bagoong
2 pcs green chili peppers
1 can coconut cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp baking soda
