Fish Afritada Ingredients and Procedure.
Ingredients:
500 g tilapia fillets
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Ingredients for the afritada sauce:
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc red onion, thinly sliced
4 pcs tomatoes, seeded and quartered
1 L water
1 pc potato, cut into big cubes
1 pc carrots, cut into big cubes
1 pc laurel leaf
8 pcs baguio beans, cut into 3
1/3 cup frozen green peas
1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips
120 g tomato paste
400 ml tomato sauce
