1. Set up an appointment online with a representative

2. Click "I'm not a robot' to get started

3. Select Appointment Info/Appointment Type, Select Change Sim

4. Priority, select, I'm a Regular Customer

5. Click next and Search a Store Location, just type the store location where you wan to visit

6. Click Next and Select Book an Appointment

After confirming your booking appointment, you will received the below message from the system:

"Thanks for booking an appointment, please find below confirmation code
