How to make an appointment for the Globe Network application? Does your Globe Sim Card for your Globe Home Prepaid is not valid anymore? You can then ask for a sim replacement for free. Just visit https://queue.globe.com.ph/qflow_abs and book an appointment.

1. Set up an appointment online with a representative

2. Click "I'm not a robot' to get started

3. Select Appointment Info/Appointment Type, Select Change Sim

4. Priority, select, I'm a Regular Customer

5. Click next and Search a Store Location, just type the store location where you wan to visit

6. Click Next and Select Book an Appointment

After confirming your booking appointment, you will received the below message from the system:

"Thanks for booking an appointment, please find below confirmation code

Your booking is confirmed. Please expect a SMS confirmation with a link to the form that you will need to fill up before your scheduled transaction.
You will be notified before your scheduled appointment. Please BE ON TIME. Note that we will only allow a 10-minute grace period. Missing your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your slot. Thank you."
