Biometrics is a unique feature so only you can access it on your phone or your GCash account. If your mobile doesn't have Face recognition then you can use the fingerprint scan.

Log in safely with your MPIN/biometrics.Enabling biometric authentication through a Face ID scan or fingerprint doubles the protection of your GCash account.

Reminders:

If Biometrics Login failed after three (3) consecutive attempts, you will be prompted to log in with your MPIN.
Your Biometrics Login option will automatically be disabled once you reset your MPIN or tap Forgot MPIN.

Never share your GCash MPIN or OTP (authentication code) with anyone. GCash or its representatives will never ask for your personal information unless you request help through the GCash Help Center.
