Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Eisode 125/Jan. 19, 2014- GINATAANG ALIMASAG. Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil 4pcs garlic, pounded 1 thumb sized ginger, sliced and pounded 4 pcs finger chili, sliced 2 stalks lemongrass, pounded and tied 2 tbsp bagoong 3 cups coconut milk patis to taste  4-5 pcs alimasag 4 cups spinach bunch of cilantro to top Photo and recipe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: In a large pot, sauté the garlic, lemongrass, and ginger. Add the coconut milk then bring to a boil. Put in the shrimp paste and fish sauce and cook until the coconut milk is thick. Add the finger chili and simmer. Put the crabs in the pot and mix until evenly covered with coconut milk. Simmer until crabs are cooked. Add the spinach last and transfer to a plate. Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot

Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil 1 thumb sized ginger, sliced and pounded 1 pc red onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 kilo chicken, cut into 8 pcs 1.5 L water 3 cups sampaloc leaves, chopped patis to taste pepper to taste Photo and recipe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: Saute ginger, onion and garlic in a pot. Add the chicken pieces and let the oil of the chicken come out. Add water and let it boil. Put in the the sampaloc leaves, season with patis and pepper. simmer until chicken are cooked. Serve hot.

Lagyan ng asin at paminta ang tilapia. 2. Iprito ang isda. 3. Itabi muna ang piniritong isda. 4. Magpakulo ng tubig. 5. Ihalo ang sibuyas, bayleaf, star anise, brown sugar, soy sauce, at pineapple juice hanggang ang lahat ng lasa ay maghalo. 6. Ihain kasama ng pritong isda at kanin.

Ingredients: kasim o pigue vienna sausage all-purpose cream patatas carrots red at green bell pepper toyo calamansi pasas bawang sibuyas mantikilya asin paminta Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. I-marinate ang karne ng baboy sa toyo, kalamansi, bawang, asin at paminta. 2. Sa isang kaserola, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa butter. 3. Ilagay ang mga hiniwang karne ng baboy at timplahan ito ng asin at paminta. Hayaang masakangkutsa nang maigi. 4. Lagyan ito ng tubig kung kinakailangan hanggang sa lumambot ang karne. 5. Kung malambot na ang karne, ilagay na ang patatas, carrots at red bell pepper. Takpan muli hanggang sa maluto ang patatas. 6. Huling ilagay ang all-purpose cream, vienna sausage at pasas.
