Here's  Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- March 24, 2014: Pininyahang Manok a la Leandro Baldemor with Leandro Baldemor Ingredients: manok pinya kamatis red at green bell pepper carrots bawang sibuyas mantika gata ng niyog Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Ibabad ang mga hiniwang manok sa pineapple juice sa loob ng 30 minuto. 2. Sa isang kawali, maggisa ng bawang, sibuyas at kamatis. 3. Timplahan ito ng asin at paminta. 4. Idagdag ang mga tinimplahang manok at ihiwalay ang juice, 5. Lutuin hanggang sa maging golden brown. 6. Idagdag ang pineapple juice at gata ng niyog. 7. Muling timplahan ng asin at paminta ayon sa panlasa. 8. Timplahan ng patis at siling panigang. 9. Pakuluin ito hanggang sa maluto ang manok at lumapot ang sabaw nito. 10. Idagdag ang carrots at bell pepper at muling pakuluin ng limang minuto o hanggang sa maluto ang carrots.

Ingredients: karneng baboy  atay  liver spread  patatas  carrots  red bell pepper  peas  dahon ng sibuyas  sibuyas  tomato sauce tomato paste bawang  toyo  asukal  Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. 2. Ilagay ang karne at iluto. 3. Timplahan ng liver spread, asin, paminta at toyo. 4. Ilagay ang tomato paste at gisahing maigi. 5. Sabawan ng tubig at lutuin ng 45 mins. 6. Ilagay ang patatas, carrots at peas. 7. Antayin lumambot ang mga gulay. 8. Ilagay ang atay at bell pepper at pinya. Lutuin ito sa loob ng sampung minuto.  9 Ihain ang pininyahang menudo.
