Timplahan ng toyo, paminta, brown sugar at sampaloc. 4. Haluin ng bahagya, takpan at hayaang maluto ang manok.  5. Hanguin at ilagay sa ibabaw ang toasted garlic. 6. Ihain.

Ingredients: baka o beef sirloin suka toyo asin asukal pamintang durog bawang itlog kamatis sibuyas mantika Procedure: 1. Sa isang mixing bowl, paghalu-haluin ang mga sangkap upang gumawa ng marinade. 2. Ibabad ang mga hiniwang baka sa marinade nang magdamag upang kumapit ang lasa. 3. Prituhin ito pagkatapos. 4. Sa hiwalay na puswelo, batihin ang itlog. 5. Igisa ang sibuyas at kamatis. 6. Idagdag ang itlog at timplahan ayon sa panlasa.

Pakuluin ang broth at ihalo ang karne. 3. Gumawa ng pampalapot ng sabaw. Ihalo sa isang bowl ang potato starch at ang 4-6 kutsarang tubig. 4. Ilagay sa kumukulong soup ang pampalapot. 5. Timplahan ng asin at paminta. 6. Patayin ang apoy habang dinadagdag ang itlog.
