Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- March 27, 2014: Chicken adobo with sampaloc with Chef Cris Carangian.
Ingredients:
- manok
- samploc
- toyo
- bawang
- sibuyas
- paminta
- asukal
- asin
- mantika

Procedure:
1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.
2. Isunod na rin ang manok.
3. Timplahan ng toyo, paminta, brown sugar at sampaloc.
4. Haluin ng bahagya, takpan at hayaang maluto ang manok.
5. Hanguin at ilagay sa ibabaw ang toasted garlic.
6. Ihain.
