I-marinate ang karne at atay ng baboy sa toyo, patis, bawang, at paminta sa loob ng 30 minuto. 2. Igisa ang sibuyas at bawang. 3. Ilagay ang karne at atay ng baboy. 4. Gisahin sa loob ng limang minuto kasama ang toyo at hintaying lumambot. 5. Idagdag ang gabi, dahon ng laurel at bell pepper. 6. Ilagay ang suka at pakuluin hanggang sa lumambot ang gulay at karne. 7. Dagdagan ng paminta at patis para lumasa. Ihain.

Ingredients: singkamas kamote baguio beans carrots kalabasa repolyo sibuyas dahon ng sibuyas bawang mantika asin pamintang durog cubes \ Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Para sa sauce: bawang mani asukal pandan leaves cornstarch siomai /wanton wrappers Procedure: Lumpiang hubad 1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. 2. Idagdag ang carrots at kamote. 3. Ilagay ang singkamas, beans at kalabasa. 4. Isunod ang repolyo. 5. Pakuluin ng 2-3 minuto. Paggawa ng sauce 1. Igisa and bawang. 2. Lagyan ng asukal at lutuin ng mga tatlo hanggang limang minuto. 3. Lagyan ng toyo at tubig, haluing mabuti. 4. Lutuin. 5. Ikanaw ang cornstarch sa tubig at lagyan ang sauce para kumapal.
