Three Teams: Red Bulalo- Leader- Judiel 'Jude' Trogani Blue Marlins- Leader- Teresa 'Ting' Lledo Orange Team- Kitchen Berets- Leader- Ramon 'Red' Zamora Challenge: Giyera sa Kusina- Ipagluto ang halos 300 na sundalo ng pananghalian Php10,000 ang budget ng bawat team and kailangan nilang magprepare ng dalawang ulam, kanin at dessert. Meron silang 30 minutes para mamalengke, one hour to prepare ingredients and three hours the next day to cook and prepare lunch for almost 300 Philippine Soldiers. Idol sa Kusina Recipe- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
