Halloween Recipe- Chocolate Ghost Cakes

Here's a Halloween Recipe from myrecipe.com - Chocolate Ghost Cakes. Ingredients 1/2 (12-oz.) container ready-to-spread white frosting 1 (11-oz.) package cream-filled chocolate cake squares 1 (0.68-oz.) tube black decorating gel Preparation 1. Microwave frosting in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted; stir until smooth. Let stand 2 minutes. 2. Place 1 cup melted frosting in a gallon-size zip-top plastic bag. (Do not seal.) Snip 1 corner of bag to make a small hole. Pipe frosting onto each cake square in the shape of a ghost, adding remaining frosting to bag as needed. Pipe 2 dots on each cake using black gel to form eyes.

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for EPISODE 17 / OCT.23- BISTEK PANINI. image and recipe credit:idolsakusina Ingredients: 300 grams Tenderloin beef 1 pc. White onion 2 tbsp. Soy sauce 2 tbsp. Calamansi juice 1 pc. Egg 50 grams Corn starch 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Crushed black peppercorn 1 pc. French bread Baguettes 100 grams Coleslaw Procedure: 1. Flatten the tenderloin steak. Season with salt and marinate in soy sauce, calamansi juice. 2. Pan-grilled the steak as per guest desire the doneness of the Bistek beef. Set aside. 3. Cut into ring white onion, season with salt, then dredge into corn starch, wash into beaten egg, then deep fried until crispy. Set aside. 4. Cut into half French bread then fill with bistek beef. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
