Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipre fo Episode 67- Oct. 28- SARSIYADONG GALUNGGONG.  Ingredients: 2 tbsp. vegetable oil ½ tsp. rock salt ½ kl galunggong (mackerel scad)  6 cloves chopped garlic 1 pc sliced onion  1 cup chopped overripe tomatoes 2 eggs, beaten 2 cups water 2 tbsp. patis (fish sauce) 1 tbsp. silinghaba (green finger pepper) ¼ tsp. chicken powder Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Season fish with rock salt then fry until crisp and set aside. 2. In a pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes until soft. 3. Add eggs and water. Stir and simmer, then add silinghaba. 4. Ingredients: 3 medium whole tilapia, scaled and scored 2 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 1½ cups chopped onions 1½ cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup coconut milk Procedure: 1. Pat-dry tilapia then rub with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Arrange in a pot. 2. Combine onions and tomatoes in a small bowl. Spread evenly on top of each tilapia.  3. Pour coconut milk on top of tilapia and wrap each in wilted banana leaves.  4. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 67 / Oct. 28- GRILLED LIYEMPO NI CHEF BOY. Ingredients: 1 k pork liyempo  cup soy sauce 2 tbsp. vegetable oil ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup calamansi juice ¼ tsp/ chicken powder Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Wash liyempo. Drain in a strainer. 2. Marinate liyempo with the mixture of soy sauce, vegetable oil, brown sugar, calamansi juice and little salt and pepper. 3. Sprinkle and rub chicken powder. 4. Containers, mixing forks and spoons, serving plates, utensils, knife, chopping board 6. Spaghetti noodles 7. 1 can Carne Norte 8. 1 can of Mushroom Soup 9. 1 can of Cream of Corn 10. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
