Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 89 / April 21- Coco milk tea. Ingredients: 2 cups Jasmine Green Tea, cooled 2 cups Coconut Milk 2 Tablespoon Sweetened, Condensed Milk Ice Photo and recipe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: In a small pitcher, combine coconut milk and cold tea. Drizzle in sweetened condensed milk and stir until thoroughly combined. Serve over ice and serve.

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 89 / April 21- Spicy mixed seafood sa gata. Ingredients: 10-12 pcs mussels  6 pcs crab legs  1 cup shrimps  2 slices of catfish 1 1/2 cups squash, sliced 1/2 canned crushed tomatoes 1 can coconut milk 1/2 cup water 2 pcs labuyo 2 tbsp fish sauce  3 cloves garlic 1 medium sized onion  2 tbsp cooking oil  cilantro for garnish Photo and recipe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: Heat the cooking oil in a pan or wok and saute garlic and onion. Add the seafood and squash and toss for a minute. Pour-in the water, let it boil and cover for a minute or two.  Add the fish sauce and coconut milk. Simmer for 5-8 minutes.  Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro.

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 89 / April 21- Sweet potato and carrot soup. Ingredients: 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced 1 medium to large sweet potato, thinly sliced 2 rashers of bacon, cut in small pieces 500ml chicken stock 500ml coconut milk Pinch of salt and pepper Procedure: Boil chicken stock and add onions, carrots, sweet potatoes and bacon. Cover the top, bring to the boil and cook with low heat until all the ingredients are soft. Remove the heat, and puree with hand mixer or a food processor. Bring back to the heat, then add the coconut milk adjusting your desired thickness and simmer. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley and serve with bread.

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
