Unang Hirit #KitchenHirit : "Fish-tek" Tagalog with Chef Boy Logro. Para muna sa ating fish tapa, ibabad ang deboned fish sa kalamansi at toyo. Ilagay sa ref. 2. Pagkababad, prituhin ang isda at itabi. 3. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.  4. Sunday Kitchen Hirit recipe from Chef Boy Logro: Pinangat na Galunggong sa Mangga.  Ingredients: galunggong manibalang na mangga  dahon ng mangga sibuyas bawang luya  kamatis siling panigang asin paminta  Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Tanggalan ng tinik ang galunggong. 2. Ibalot ang isda, manggang hilaw, kamatis, at siling panigang sa dahon ng mangga. 3. Maglaga ng mangga; durugin para maging puree 4. Sa kawali, i-layer ang mga dahon ng mangga, dinurog na mangga, at binalot na galunggong 5. Lagyan ng kaunting tubig o fish stock; pakuluin sa loob ng 10-15 mins. 6. Timplahan ng asin at paminta.
