Kami ay naghahanap ng mga bata na may edad na 8 hanggang 12 taong gulang sa buong Pilipinas para sa pinakabago at pinaka-exciting na serye ng Pinoy Junior Masterchef. Kung hilig mo ang pagluluto at gusto mong ipakita ang iyong galing sa harap ng aming mga hurado, maaari kang mag-apply at magkaroon ng pagkakataon na mahirang bilang kauna-unahang Pinoy Junior Masterchef!"

Ang application ay may tatlong bahagi:
PART 1: Para sa aplikante at sa magulang o guardian
PART 2: Para sa aplikante
PART 3: Para sa magulang o guardian
