SUMALI NA na pinakabagong cooking reality show ng GMA7– KITCHEN SUPERSTAR!
Lahat ng 18 – 50 years old, magaling na cook pero walang culinary school training,at handang sumali sa reality show ay may pag-asang manalo ng ISANG MILYON!

Magpakilala na sa auditions! Dalhin ang specialty dish (good for 2-3 people) at 1 valid ID with picture.
From the thousands that will audition nationwide, 21 cooks will be chosen to come to Manila. Then they will be tested to cook right away and 15 will be chosen to go on. All of them will be housed in one venue andelimination rounds will be held each week until they proclaim the winner who wins not only cash but Marvin’s guidance to put up his own resto business.

The complete requirements are:

Age requirement: 18 – 50 years old

WHO CAN JOIN:
- Carinderia owner
- HRM students
- Culinary students that HAVEN’T graduated yet

- People who take short courses in culinary schools/TESDA programs but HAVEN’T Graduated Yet (However, if you are a graduating student this year or during the duration of the show, you are NOT qualified.)
- As long as you can cook and have passion for cooking
WHO CANNOT JOIN:
- Any cook or chef with complete formal classical training or works under a classically trained chef is NOT qualified to join.
- Hotel chefs
- Fresh grads from culinary school
Time:

Registration is from 10 AM until 6 PM only but the the entire Audition Process is from 10 AM to 10 PM
No more registration beyond 6 PM
What to Bring for the Auditions?

1 Valid ID with Picture
Bring your Specialty Dish na hindi madaling mapanis, good for 2 – 3 persons na titikim
It could be frozen cooked food, may microwave oven sa venue
Application form is available at the venue

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 81 / Feb. 24- KIAM PUNG. Ingredients: 3 tbsp. Cooking oil 5 pcs. shallots, peeled and sliced 4 cloves garlic, crushed 5 pcs. dried mushrooms soaked in hot water, sliced into strips ½ cup hibi or dried shrimp, soaked in hot water 1 kilo rice ½ kilo malagkit rice ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tsp. white sugar ½ tsp. black pepper 4 tsp. Sesame oil 1 tbsp. chicken powder ½ kilo chicken chunks, cooked as adobo 7 cups chicken stock photo and recipe credit:idolsakusina For Garnish: shallots , sliced and fried crispy Peanuts , fried in oil Green onion , chopped Procedure: 1.
