Cake designer Fiona Cairns has been chosen to make the cake for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. Decorated using the Joseph Lambeth technique, the cake will be a traditional fruit cake of many tiers. CLICK HERE! In addition, the couple have also asked McVitie's Cake Company to create a chocolate biscuit cake for the reception at Buckingham Palace. The chocolate biscuit cake will be made from a Royal Family recipe and was specially requested by Prince William. The other wedding cake is a chocolate biscuit cake made by McVities to a Royal Family recipe and is Prince William’s favourite. McVities have a long tradition of making Royal wedding cakes.
