Fiesta fare does not necessarily mean difficult to spread. This Chef Pablo "Boy" Logro emphatically proves to "Time of My Life" lovebirds Kris Bernal and Mark Herras when they visited the Idol saKusina executive kitchen.
First course is CRISPY CHICKEN CHOW MEIN. The secret is to serve it right away so that the nest of fried noodles loses none of its delectable crispiness and crunch. Very filling and fulfilling, this Chinese staple is quite a treat, indeed.
Then comes HERB SEAFOOD CREPE CASSEROLE which ups the ante in culinary skill and savvy. Kris and Mark are utterly floored by the cooking methods employed by Chef Pablo "Boy" Logro for this utterly divine masterpiece. Every juicy morsel leaves a memory in the tongue where one desires to chew endlessly, unwilling to finally swallow as it will cut short the astounding culinary experience.
Topping off this festive adventure is the CHICKEN RELLENO. Mere mention of this dish conjures images of sumptuous feasts and extravagant dinner spreads. And why not?
