Here's Quickfire recipe for Campus Tour Season 14- LEMON GRASS CHICKEN AND CHILLIES
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams thigh fillet (cut into bite size pieces)
1 pack Aji Ginisa Original, 7 grams
1 thumb sized ginger, grated
3 stalks lemon grass (white part only),finely chopped
½ red onion,finely chopped
4 cloves garlic,chopped
2 dried chillies,chopped
½ tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil for frying
A cup of herbs (basil,mint leaves,coriander)
PROCEDURES:
1.Sprinkle the chicken with Aji ginisa Original seasonings.
2.Heat the oil in a wok,add the onion,garlic,ginger,lemon grass and chillies. Stir-fry on a medium heat until lightly browned.
3.Add the chicken and cook until slightly brown.
4.Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
5. Garnish with herbs and serve with steamed rice.
