Quickfire Recipe- REN'S SPECIAL FRIED RICE

Here's Quickfire recipe for Campus Tour Season 14- REN'S SPECIAL FRIED RICE.


INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp oil
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup diced ham
½ cup diced chorizo
1cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cups day-old rice
½ cup green peas
¼ cup oyster sauce, diluted in ½ cup water
1 sachet of aJi ginisa shrimp seasoning mix

PROCEDURE:

1. In a pan, heat the oil then cook the eggs, scrambled style. Set aside
2. In a wok, sauté ham, chorizo, and shrimp until shrimp turns pink.
3. Add the rice and green peas, mix thoroughly until green peas is crisp tender, add the oyster sauce, mix well.
4. Add the cooked eggs
5. Then add 1 sachet of aJi ginisa shrimp mix, stir.
6. Transfer it to serving dish, serve hot.

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- FRIED CORNED BEEF BALLS. Ingredients: 500g corned beef 6 pcs. eggs 1 pc. white onion 1 clove garlic 4 loaves bread, white part only, soaked in fresh milk ½ cup fresh milk 30g spring onion 30g celery 1 cup rice 100g all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper For garnish: julienne carrots and julienne pumpkin Procedure: 1. Saute onion, garlic, celery. Add corned beef. season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2. On mixing bowl, add bread loaves, spring onion, beaten egg, all-purpose flour. Combine all together. 3. Form into balls and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside. 4. Saute white rice in butter. Add beaten egg, turn once until done. 5. Place on plate over top with corned beef balls.
