Here's Quickfire recipe for Campus Tour Season 14- SPICY ORIENTAL CHICKEN WITH COCONUT MILK.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 carrots, sliced
300g chicken breast, cubed
1 can button mushroom
1 green bell pepper
1 pack, 7 g Aji Ginisa Original
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 can coconut milk
leeks for garnish
PROCEDURES:
1.Heat pan over medium to high heat.
2.Saute onion, garlic and carrots. Add the chicken then the mushrooms and season with Aji Ginisa Original.
3.Add chilli flakes, hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
4.Add water, coconut milk and bell pepper and simmer.
5.Plate and garnish with leeks.
