Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 43- MAGIC ALMOND SHRIMP BALLS.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup chopped bacon
1 kg shrimps, peeled and deveined
3 pcs. white bread, soaked in milk
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped spring onions
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. cornstarch
5 tsp. MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Procedure:
Combine bacon and shrimps in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add soaked bread and pulse until just combined. Transfer mixture into bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients and mix top combine well. Form into balls and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with mayo.
