Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 56 / Aug. 5 - CELERY PASTA SOUP.
Ingredients:
1 white onion, diced
1 large potato, diced
1 carrot, diced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup garbansos
2 tbsp oil
2-3 pcs cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
5 cups stock
2 cups cooked wheat pasta noodle (macaroni or any small pasta)
parmesan cheese to top
Procedure:
1. In pot, saute onion, potato, carrots and celery and season with salt and pepper.
2. Saute until celery and potatoes are a little soft. Then add in garlic, garbansos and stock.
3. Bring to a simmer until vegetables are cooked. Add in cooked pasta and stir for a minute.
4. Transfer into bowls and top with parmesan cheese.
